Follow up: More gay Obama bullshit

Barack Obama's little gospel concert gimmick has apparently backfired! Earlier, I posted an article about Obama's gospel tour having a singer who hates homosexuals. Apparently some people were really upset about it. And according to CNN, it's some of those pesky gay bloggers:

The concerts were meant to boost black voters' support for his presidential nominee bid -- the kind of events that would normally fly under the national radar.

The ensuing controversy highlighted that Obama's desire to unite disparate voting blocs -- especially religious voters -- under his umbrella of "change" is not without some serious pitfalls.

When the campaign announced the lineups for the three-city "Embrace the Change!" gospel tour last week, one name stood out to gay bloggers: Donnie McClurkin.

John Aravosis, a prominent gay blogger and co-founder of the Web site AmericaBlog, led the charge against the Obama campaign, writing that the Illinois Democrat was "sucking up to anti-gay bigots" and "giving them a stage."

Bravo, prominent gay blogger! Stick it to him! I really can't stand it when fucking blogs become part of the news story. Especially when they throw it out there as if I'm supposed to have heard of some jerk off blogger. Fucking retarded!

Anyway, John Aravosis does make the point that Obama is "sucking up to anti-gay bigots," and he's not completely wrong... Obama is trying to appeal to "black evangelicals." That's the whole point of this gospel gimmick.

Seriously, who's the main audience for one of these gospel concerts?
Let me think... is it gay men? No...

NO... IT'S BLACK SOUTHERN BAPTISTS WHO LIVE IN SOUTH CAROLINA!!!

Besides, Obama's view on homosexuality is not the same as Donnie McClurkin's (I would assume). So what difference does it make? Who are you voting for? Obama or McClurkin?

Why would anyone want to run for president?! Everyone's always trying to find something wrong with you, even if it has nothing to do with you directly. And as soon as some egotistical blogger is offended by something you say, major news outlets pick it up and reports it as news!

You can't please everyone, so you might as well please as many people as you can to win votes.
